This picture did not come out great because of the lighting.  There is a panel on each side of the window. The panels are rod pocket with a large header.  This wall we did Stonebriar from Sherwin-Williams.  It is a gold and there are gold specs in the fabric.  The rest of the house we picked out Tea Chest which is a dark brown from Sherwin-Williams.  We used these 3 colors for the walls and Believable Buff for the ceiling.  They all go together and it turned out wonderful.  Thank You friend for letting me help you with picking out  paints.

I am so very Blessed to do what I love.  I have a good friend that let me help her pick out the wall paints for her house.  We choose this color Gingery from Sherwin- Williams and then picked out the fabric which is from Mitchell fabrics.  This is a cuff design valance which is placed on rosettes.

My Mom had these beautiful new vintage hankeys in her drawer and I just had to do something with them.  They were so pretty so I made a rag quilt for her to put on her lap.

Cornice and side drapes and rod pocket valance.  The cornice fabric is from Mitchell fabrics and the side drapes are from Norbar fabrics.

I have been wanting to add paint colors to my window treatments for some time now.  I went to some classes on colors and received alot of knowledge from the Sherman Williams booth so I feel very excited to start adding this to my company.  The color tools they gave me will help to incorporate accents in the form of pillows, carpet and most of the Home Decor.  So I hope to help you with this very soon.

                     Las Vegas here we come.....
The convention center in Vegas has a expo for windows, builders and kitchen vendors to present the new and latest products,  it is really big and a ton of people.  I have gone twice now and I come home so inspired. I take classes on color , trends and I love what they call a construction zone.  These ladies come from a academy in North Carolina and give you sewing tips to make life faster and easier for you, it is really great.  My husband Mark does all the installing and building of cornices  so he came on this trip and really enjoyed it.
It was truly work and no play (well maybe a little play). At home we watch Pawn Stars every night so our goal was to go to Pawn stars.
So glad we did it was our highlight.  Chumlee made a appearance and he signed a postcard for our grandson Dylan and took pictures for us.  He has become quite popular.  This is us in front of the pawn stars painting.

This is standing in front of a waterfall at Wynn.

This merry go round is all decorated with fresh cut flowers.  Truly a work of art.

These next pictures were from displays at the show and so pretty.Wanted to share them with you.

This fabric is from Mitchell fabrics.  The Client and I designed a cornice for over her kitchen slider.  The frontroom has 3 windows, the 2 pictures above we did the same valance with a drape and tieback on the left and the next window on the right.  The larger window my pictures came out dark but it is the same valance pattern with 1 more swag and drapes on each side.  I loved this fabric and the look.
