These are stationary drapes with a large heading on top. What is a heading? The portion above the top of the rod pocket. This can be any size you want. I like the larger size it just makes a statement. This drape also has a small puddle. A drape if you are going to open and close should be 1/2" off the ground but if it is stationary it can sit on the ground. This is a very small puddle and once again it's about what the customer likes.
